Saponified oils (such as coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil)
Distilled water
Lye (sodium hydroxide)
Essential oils (lavender, tea tree, peppermint, etc.)
Additives (clay, aloe vera gel, herbs)

Tools:

Heat-resistant containers
Stainless steel or silicone molds
Safety equipment (gloves, goggles)
Digital scale
Stick blender

Recipe 1: Basic Shampoo Bar

200g coconut oil
200g olive oil
40g lye
100g distilled water
10-20 drops of essential oil (optional)

Recipe 2: Moisturizing Aloe Vera Shampoo Bar

180g coconut oil
150g olive oil
30g castor oil
40g lye
120g distilled water
2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
10-20 drops of essential oil (optional)

Recipe 3: Invigorating Peppermint and Tea Tree Shampoo Bar

250g coconut oil
100g olive oil
50g castor oil
40g lye
110g distilled water
10-15 drops of peppermint essential oil
5-10 drops of tea tree essential oil

Recipe 4: Soothing Lavender and Clay Shampoo Bar

180g coconut oil
150g olive oil
30g castor oil
40g lye
120g distilled water
1-2 tablespoons of clay (bentonite or kaolin)
10-15 drops of lavender essential oil

Instructions:

Safety First: Always wear gloves and goggles when working with lye.

Prepare the Oils: Combine the oils in a heat-resistant container.

Prepare Lye Solution: In a separate container, carefully add lye to distilled water. Allow it to cool.

Mixing: Once both mixtures are around 40-50°C, combine them slowly while stirring. Use a stick blender to reach trace.

Additives: If using, add aloe vera gel, essential oils, or other additives at trace.

Molding: Pour the mixture into molds and let it sit for 24-48 hours.

Curing: After unmolding, allow the bars to cure for 4-6 weeks.
