Lemon and Blueberry Nice Cream

Enjoy antioxidant-rich blueberries, velvety vitamin E–rich avocado and gut-flora-friendly coconut, which carry the zingy flavours perfectly. The frozen berries create an ice cream texture without any freezing step. A refreshing way to finish off your dinner.


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ medium avocado, pitted & peeled


  • Purée all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
